The learning journeys focus on both professional and personal growth. Our people at all levels work towards development in a live environment that includes real teams, business challenges and group dynamics.

In the development programs participants take part in classroom or live webinar workshops on the topics of leading oneself, leading others and leading the business. Experiential learning and fieldwork are integrated as well to provide opportunities for coaching and feedback.

To complement the personal leadership work, the journeys bring in the digital learning and behavioral nudging and link to companies’ key subject matter experts to bring in the deep functional and industry expertise.
